Do I need to install a software or an app?
ITnewsletter it an online service. You log into your account using your email and password.
You don't have to install anything.
Can I import my customer lists from other systems we use?
Yes. All you need to do is export your customer lists to Excel from any system and then upload them into ITnewsletter. Uploading is very easy, no special data format is required. You may even import your data by copy pasting it in the ITnewsletter import page.
Can anyone design their own newsletter?
Designing your Newsletter is super easy. Our Drag & Drop newsletter editor is fun and intuitive to use. For each section in the newsletter you just drag the type of block you need, for example Image & Text block or Product block and then you just drag images directly on it and update the text.
Is there an unsubscribe option?
Yes. Each newslettes automatically has an unsubscribe link in the bottom for every recipient to easily unsubscribe if they want.
Can I create a landing page for new leads to register?
Yes. You can create styled landing pages and set registration forms inside them. when new leads or customers register in the form they will be automatically added to your specified distribution list.
Can I send Sms messages using the service?
Yes. You can send Sms messages. This requires purchasing a balance for Sms.
